These Terms of Service govern all sales of clothing and merchandise through the UNSF Clothing website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products

We sell hand screen-printed apparel and merchandise. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are displayed on our website. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). As a non-profit association under French law (Loi 1901), Chalky Production is exempt from VAT. Prices shown are final and include no additional taxes.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

6. Payment

We accept credit card payments processed securely through Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

7. Delivery

• We ship worldwide
• Standard delivery time is approximately 1 week
• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right:

• Contact us at hello@unsfclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order
• Return items in original condition, unworn, with tags attached
• Return shipping costs are at your expense
• Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items

9. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under French law. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, contact us within 2 years of delivery for resolution.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays due to shipping carriers, or issues arising from improper product care.
